If you’re seeking face to face appointments these are held
in Guildford and London Bridge:
Guildford
Both sites at Guildford are a short walk from Guildford Train Station (8 mins), it can be accessed from the Millbrook bus stop and Castle Car Park is a 4 minute walk. I can offer appointments here on Mondays and Wednesdays. Evening appointments can be offered on both days.
This is a short walk from London Bridge mainline station and Borough Underground, making it easily accessible. Appointments available on Tuesday afternoons and evenings.
Video Consultations
Prefer the convenience of attending appointments suited to you? Video consultation appointments offer flexibility and accessibility.
Video consultation appointments are offered through Zoom. This provides safe and secure connections ensuring privacy and data security are protected.

Fees must be paid at least 48 hours before the start time of the appointment for bookings to be confirmed. Appointments will be released if payments have not been made before this timeframe. Private CBT Supervision
Supervision fees are discussed individually and are usually aligned with the supervisee’s fee for a clinical hour/50 mins therapy session.
For supervision funded by organisations or training institutions, the fee is £105 per 60 minute appointment.

Secure and confidential management of your information
I take the security of your information and data seriously. Therefore, your investment includes software and email systems that ensures your information is secure and encrypted in line with GDPR.
Yoga
I offer one to one yoga in person, at a location of your choice in Woking, Guildford and surrounding areas, as well as via Zoom.
60 minutes Individual Yoga class: £50
For corporate yoga classes in the workplace, this can also be offered in London. Please get in contact to enquire.
